The Hector facelift could be launched by the end of 2022.
The MG Hector is scheduled to receive an update later this year. We’ve been told that the carmaker will share more information regarding the same with the media soon.
According to sources, the Hector facelift could be launched by the end of 2022. Rumours suggest that the price of the ‘Sharp’ variant could go up by Rs 2 lakh, while the top-spec ‘Savvy’ trim equipped with ADAS may demand a premium of Rs 2.5 – 3 lakh.
The Hector is expected to receive various updates, both on the exterior as well as the interior. One of the highlights of the car will be its new 14-inch touchscreen infotainment system.
The SUV is unlikely to receive any mechanical updates. It will continue to use the same 2.0-litre diesel, 1.5-litre turbo-petrol and 1.5-litre mild-hybrid powertrains.
