Lowrider Garage Recaps the Albuquerque Super Show

Like clockwork, Artemis Promotions once again delivered a Lowrider Super Show that somehow outdid its previous outing. Once again taking place at the Albuquerque Convention Center in New Mexico, the halls were packed with one-of-a-kind lowrider creations that spanned classic cars, modern chassis, motorcycles, bicycles, pedal cars, strollers, and more.

As Joe Ray notes, what was once a section dedicated to elite level builds under the name “Showcase Lane” has since spread to the entire show with neck-breaking lowriders proudly displayed throughout the venue. The dedication has always been apparent in New Mexico, but the levels to which locals and even travelers are bringing to Albuquerque has undeniably raised the bar with competitive lowrider builds.

Lowrider Garage episode 91 features part 1 of our visit and we bring you along for a look at some of the top-notch lowrider builds. We even stopped to chat with a few old friends from various car clubs as well as some vendors that have become Super Show family – never missing an event and catering to fans from around the country. Enjoy this first part with part 2 scheduled to drop on Monday.
